The UMP45 is a German SMG designed and manufactured by HK.
It isn't nearly as good as the MW2 UMP45 for long range engagements, as horizontal recoil has been increased, minimum damage reduced and idle sway introduced. It holds 32 rounds.
PP90M1
The PP90M1 is a Russian SMG based off the PP19 Bizon with an underbarrel helical magazine.
It holds 36 rounds.
P90
The P90 is a Belgian submachine gun / personal defense weapon designed by FN.
It has a high rate of fire and holds 50 rounds.
PM-9
The PM-9 is a Japanese SMG based off the Uzi model.
It holds 25 rounds (in real life).
MP7
The MP7 is a German submachine gun which holds 40 rounds.
Damage is relatively low according to developers.

The Skorpion is a Czech Machine Pistol/SMG. It holds 20 rounds. In CoD4 and BO, the weapon had high damage, low range and high accuracy, however it's performance in MW3 is unknown as of now.
